1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Bayou Ridge Marketing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Bayou Ridge Marketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

Website design and development

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

AI Receptionist and Chat Widget solutions

Content marketing and social media management

Online reputation management

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information as required for our services

Respond to requests for information in a timely manner

Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables as specified in the service agreement. We retain rights to use work samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bayou Ridge Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
